Little Five Points was actually developed in the early 1900s as a commercial district for Inman Park and Candler Park. Accordingly, there is no residential real estate available today in Little Five Points. Residential real estate in Little Five points is absorbed by the neighboring communities of Inman Park on the west, Kirkwood on the southeast, Candler Park on the east, and Poncey-Highland on the northwest.
Although there are no homes forsale in Little Five Points, it is a great commercial resource for the surrounding communities. There are bookstores, many restaurants and bars, new and used clothing stores, theaters, music venues and an eclectic variation of shops in Little Five Points. The area is laid out as a very colorful and artistic strip-mall. Local residents in neighboring communities have the benefit of Little Five Points as well as a central location in very close proximity to Downtown Atlanta.
